Shipping Coverage Area

Reformer Culture ships within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or international destinations.

Because many Pilates reformers are large and heavy, some orders require specialized freight delivery. Delivery options may vary based on the product, destination, and carrier availability.

Order Confirmation

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review the product, shipping address, and contact information carefully.

If any information needs to be corrected, contact us at sales@reformerculture.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

During processing, we confirm product availability, prepare the order for shipment, and coordinate delivery with the appropriate carrier. Out-of-stock, backordered, or custom-order items may require additional time. If this applies to your purchase, our team will contact you with an updated estimated timeline.

Shipment Notification & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the shipment. For freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Please ensure the phone number and email address provided at checkout are accurate so the carrier can reach you if necessary.

Estimated Delivery Time

Average transit time is approximately 3–7 business days after the order ships. Most customers receive their order within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase, including processing and transit time.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, destination, carrier scheduling, weather, and freight capacity.

Shipping Carriers

Reformer Culture works with trusted shipping partners, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and professional freight carriers.

Oversized items may be delivered by freight with curbside service. Curbside delivery means the shipment is delivered to the curb or nearest accessible location at the delivery address. It does not include indoor placement, assembly, stair carry, or removal of packaging.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasional delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, limited freight availability, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we become aware of a significant delay, Reformer Culture will proactively contact you with updated information. We will also assist with carrier communication when needed.
